This project was pretty fun and just learning about being healthy at a young age and just knowing what you had to do to be active in a young age. I didn’t really know all the things about staying healthy in a young age and being active but if I can go back in time I would of made sure I did all these things I was suppose to do. I feel like if everyone knew that they had to be healthy and very active as a young one everyone would of been pretty good at sports or just healthy like not be sick of a disease.
Eating Healthy
In order for young kids staying healthy they must know what they are eating and drinking because they don’t want to be eating junk food all the time because it’s bad for them. Also they must know the drinks they drink because some drinks may consider a lot of sugar and maybe kids drink it all the time and they don’t know how much amounts of sugar they have. Kids should start reading labels and just start asking questions to their parents about the drinks and food they usually eat and drink everyday to stay healthy.
Making fun activities fun
The last thing i feel it’s important and that I learned was that they must stay active everyday to be strong and have stronger muscles. They have to go out and just have fun but they must learned their limits that’s one thing i didn’t have because i would usually stay inside and not spend a lot of time outside. Also I wish I was a little more active and play more sports like if I can go back in time I would be playing soccer because maybe now I would have been pretty good and maybe be playing in a pretty high level right now.
